This portal provides pre-settlement auditing, comprehensive reporting, 24-month transaction archive, fraud detection, virtual terminal, gift card solution and more. With the advent of EMV and out of scope processing, this portal is a secure way to preform a refund, or add a tip onto a sale after a batch. No longer does a merchant have to call and wait to speak to an associate over the phone. To preform a refund simply log in to the portal, find the batch and transaction, and then issue the refund.
