Utilize POS Notify to Better Communicate With Your Customers

Future POS Curbside PickupPOS Notify is available to any of their customers running a newer version of the software. They offer a variety of integrations that allow you to communicate with your customers through your Future POS system.

POS Notify allow you to text messaging your customer when their order is ready, and/or inform them that their table is ready, right through the POS. Additionally your customer can send messages to your staff requesting help such as more water. Finally, your customers can send you a text message that will alert your staff that they have arrived for curbside, and what vehicle they are using.

Order Notify

Future POS Order NotifyOrder Notify from POS Notify, allows you to send a text message to your customer that their order is ready. This works by simply adding a phone number to a check number. Once the order is finished in the kitchen you can press the send order notification button on the POS. Then, when your order is ready, you press the “send” button for which check number you want to have notified that it is ready. When the customer comes to pick it up you can then hit the “complete” button for that check number and that will take it off the screen so you know the customer has their food.

Curbside Notify

If you are offering curbside pickup and not utilizing Future POS and Curbside Notify, you are not offering the best experience to you customers and staff.  This feature allows your customers to notify you that they have arrived and what vehicle they are arriving in. This means your staff no longer has to run out and ask your customers what their order was.

Your staff will see that there is a blue Ford Escape and be able to bring their order to them. This saves on steps as well as confusion. This works by sending your customer a customized text letting them know to tell you when they are arriving. Next, your customer fills in the information you see in the image to the right. Finally, a ticket is printed out on a designated printer at your location. This will let you know who is arriving to pick up their order and what they are arriving in.

Table Notify

Future POS PagingTable Notify allows you to enter a customer phone number and alert them when their table is ready to be seated via a text message. This is a must for anyone utilizing table service. This eliminates the cost of using pagers. Finally another great reason to utilize this feature is, it limits people crowding around waiting for tables. This is a great feature in the new social distance environment that we live in.
