Future POS has a great way to ensure that your employee's are not stealing time from your business. We are able to do this so by restricting when employees can clock in and out. This can be done by setting a specific minute requirement. The reason you would want to incorporate this feature is to ensure your employees do not clock in early to get paid when not needed. The same can be done to ensure they are not staying on after their shift then clocking out. If they do indeed need to clock in/out outside their scheduled time they can have a manager override this and allow them to clock in. Implementing this feature is just one of the features built into Future POS that allow you to save time and put money back in your pocket.
