The SkyTab device has WIFI as well as 4G capabilities built into the device. As long as you have internet connectivity, you can communicate transactions with your  Future POS system. No longer do your customers have to hand you your card. This provides better security for your customers as they control the cash out process.

Furthermore, this speeds up the process of cashing out. It eliminates the need for your staff to go to a terminal to grab a receipt. Then present the receipt, followed by coming back to grab their payment. Finally they normally would have to grab their card and run the transaction and return their credit card receipt. Then your employees would still need to put in their tips. With SkytTab, a server can grab the device from their apron and have the customer ring themselves out. Not only does SkyTab save time in checking out, but when the customer enters the tip, it automatically cashes the ticket out with the tip added.

You can run reports based on each customer, transactions, employees and reviews.

You can take it one step further and receive text message alerts on low reviews. You set the threshold for the rating that you want alerted on. This helps you whether you are in the building or not. If you are in the building you can head off a bad experience before they leave. If not in the building, when they leave their email address, you can message them and turn a negative into a positive immediately.

Finally, using the employee report, you can see what a server’s average review is. This is a good way to learn from your higher reviewed employees. You can look at your employees that are not performing well, and work with them to increase their ratings.
